"Stayed in Badger Lodge, Very nice and all necessities provided (please note Wifi not the best - only minor point) Also had dinner at hotel restaurant which was lovely and homely with all the peacocks roaming around outside. Recommended !"

Didn’t see much of Liskeard, but found some decent restaurants not far from the hotel. (I liked the restaurant “Himalayan Spice” which was a short walk from the hotel).

I wouldn't say it was a great place in itself as there isn't a lot there. That said, I enjoyed revisiting some old haunts. It is a convenient place to stay when visiting Cornwall, especially without a car, as rail service is decent and on mainline!
