"Very good location. Easy walk to Central Station; Metro station right outside the front door. Our only problem was finding it in the first place. Fortunately I had communicated with Susanna earlier so she called and met us at the frond door. For other guests: it’s located at the top of the stairs of the Sondrio metro station. The street number (71) is by the door."

"This hotel is excellent! Everything is good, the staff, the service, the location, accessible to restaurants, etc. The room is big with a small kitchen. If I had to complain, I would say the toilet was an issue. When you flushed, the water was so strong and shot upwards, the toilet cover got completely wet which needed to be wiped. Otherwise, I really like this hotel! 5 stars!"

"Super place to stay for exploring Navigli area and Milan city. Book the balcony room, it’s lovely to sit out on. Very clean. With easy to control air conditioning. Staff very welcoming, left us a variety of fresh fruit every day and topped up the fridge with water and juices daily. Brilliant after a busy day out. All you need is in the room, some toiletries included too. Near to a friendly corner cafe, bakery and places to eat a plenty. Easy access via a secure door. We would definitely stay...

"Check in semplice e posizione facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Pulizia discreta. Nel complesso per una notte è andata bene"

"Buena ubicación. Sin embargo, las paredes son muy finas, se escucha el ruido de los vecinos de al lado, de arriba y de abajo"

"I was in the two person apartment. Positive was location it was in a good area for where I was in meetings and I did hear from the owners before hand when I chased. I was disappointed though by apartment itself. Felt very dated, bed was not comfortable, and the noises of pipes and the lift and doors made it hard to sleep. Leaving 2 x water bottles and some coffee capsules was a nice thing but really the only frill. I would not stay there again. Also it’s 3pm to 10am. I was leaving the apartment...

"Have to walk past the unit to check in and go back toward entrance. It’s difficult with a lot of luggage. But the unit was great"

"Super zentrale Lage"

"We had an amazing stay, the host was very responsive and helpful when needed. We were luckily able to check in early, which was truly a blessing. I highly recommend staying here - lovely experience! Only flaw is going up multiple flights of stairs with large luggage."
