"The hotel is beautifully designed and has a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience did not justify its premium price. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room did not work. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of taking responsibility and focusing on a solution, the manager was rude and confrontational, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. I think in particular was the wonderful staff at check in who were so helpful and sweet to us. It was also incredibly affordable considering how lovely it was both in location and everything else."

"This hotel is in a very nice area, close to all sites to check as a tourist. Rooms are comfortable and it has a big variety of food for breakfast. We did not get any noise from outside on our room."

"The location is unbeatable. The area is walkable to any historical site of your choice. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores are nearby. The apartment is in a well maintained historical building, which is a big pro for architecture enthusiasts like me. If you are a solo traveler with lots of luggage, watch out for stairs, the building doesn’t have the elevator so you will have to drug your luggage over the stairs. "The only thing I really appreciated about this hotel was the AC which is rare in the Baltics to my experience. My main complaint was how awful the WiFi was. It was using some broken port and tcp filtering that made it basically useless to use with a real computer, it only basically worked albeit spotty with iPhone.
