"Fantastic stay - nothing special about the hotel although nothing bad about it - what I lived was the location - very close to McCormick Place - I was in Chicago for a conference so that was good - and right I. Chinatown- so many great places to eat"

"Waited 10 minutes for someone to actually appear at front desk upon check in, and when they did arrive, only directed guests to kiosks to check in themselves. No welcome, no review of property or amenities, no ID check. Bed felt like it was 2 decades old at best, springs felt throughout and saggy. At check out, same thing, directed to kiosks. At no time did anyone from the staff offer a welcome or ask about my stay. Convenient location, but price not worth what is actually offered at the property."

"The hotel was immaculately kept. We visited the pool and found that fantastic as well. The only issue I had was parking. The site made it sound like parking was available for free, but it is not. I paid $40 per day to park nearby. There may have been some cheaper solutions for parking, but not convenient."

The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago. "Good food options including breakfast buffet which was great. Clean and well maintained property. Staff were very professional. My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."
