"Hotel is clean and properly located it’s right next to the airport but you don’t hear any noise The staff is nice 99% of them It’s location gives you access to the terminal 4 and the two best underground lines (trains) by a short covered walkway The Piccadilly and the Elizabeth lines which puts you inside central London in a very short time on very clean trains The bar and restaurant is the highlight of my evenings after going out to tour and getting back I have dinner then knock back a couple of pints in a nice friendly atmosphere while watching the games I must highlight the bartenders and a waitress that wears some beads around her hair They are friendly and will inform you of any specials that they have going on to maximize your dollar/pound I only have one issue and it’s that I was racially profiled one evening (Monday evening 29th) after getting back from the city, by the guy who was on the second floor entrance at the walkway connecting the hotel to the terminal He held the door open and let a bunch of people in and when it was my turn he asked me if I was staying there and shut the door before I could get through I think people like those need constant training of how to deal with people of many different races But I will never let him dampen my fondness for this hotel This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit London"
