The foyer is comfy and welcoming, the staff were all friendly and helpful, our room was cosy, clean and had great air con. Breakfast was really nicely laid out and a good variety of hot and cold foods. We were very happy with our stay. "

"We were allocated rooms in the annex in Paddock, the water pressure in the shower was not satisfactory and took a long time to heat up. Unfortunately this was identified too late to raise with the hotel team as the booking was for just one night's stay. Breakfast was superb and the staff were extremely helpful."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. "From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt spoilt.
