"Construction not complete. Loud HVAC even though fairly new. Thermostat not working. Tiny tv. Poor room lighting. Good price. Clean."

"Beds were tolerable, thin walls heard baby’s crying, doors shutting, hollering and conversations…. And too close to the interstate. Loud traffic!! Cute little pool for my children to swim. Loved the washer and dryer rental option. Staff were nice. "

"We had made a reservation at this hotel and the minute we walked in the place smelled musty . The sheets didn’t look clean and mattress pad had dried blood and urine stains on it. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping and staying in this place. "

"Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly! We were on the first floor and people were extremely loud in the hallway late at night and the downeaster train tracks were 20 feet from our window. Very convenient location for all the great shops nearby though."

"Dave and Keleigh (the owners) are wonderful hosts and take the meaning of bed & breakfast to a whole new level. The Brewster House is a quaint, comfortable, and historical getaway and I would highly recommend. The beds are extremely comfy, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was top notch. Dave is a trained chef and you can tell he is passionate about his breakfast menu every morning (it changes!). Both of them are so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoyed staying in the Cape Neddick...

"Hotel seemed to be understaffed, so expect a wait at the bar and don't forget to request for your room to be cleaned upon check - in if you like your bed made and fresh towels after a long day out, otherwise, the property was nice, clean and in a great location for our stay."

"I think the breakfast could open earlier like 6 I thin the charge for parking for guests is a ripoff. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right. They would agree otherwise it would be on front page of Expedia add not bidders Sham on you winding "

"Hôtel was under renovation. We were not informed prior to arrival. Very poor amenities. Server at the breakfast was the best, very friendly to all of the guests."

"Everything was perfect, the room was clean and a lot of space. Breakfast is very good and well prepared. The staff was very helpful and kind. The gym is convenient because it’s 24 hours.we will love to come back again."
