Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"The property was beautiful. I would have appreciated if times were offered to tour the resort, so that we could have been better able to access different amenities. (I didn’t find the marquee to be that helpful.) our shower flooded on the first night and although a call was made to notify the front desk immediately, maintenance didn’t come for 30-45 minutes and housekeeping didn’t come at all. We requested new towels due to using them all to dry up the water and found it extremely frustrating to not be brought more, when requested several times that night. Also, it would have been nice to know that the other restaurants book almost immediately and we didn’t find any restaurant availability for dinner, other than the primary dining hall, that you could eat without a reservation. That was really disappointing. I was finally able to get a reservation from guest services and when I went to the restaurant, they couldn’t find it. That experience was extremely disappointing because it was for my husband’s birthday dinner. Overall, the staff were nice & friendly and the property was beaut. Our kids loved the water park. I would probably return 8/10."

"Overall the resort was great! I didn’t know that the resort had just reopened, so there were extremely unexpected delays with checkin and items needed in the room, i.e. an iron and ironing board. Fire alarm was going off sporadically and it was loud! I was upgraded to a swim out and although it was nice, the pool was not clean at all. The food was great and the staff was as helpful as they could be I guess, but very jovial and pleasant. I’m sure when they are back up 100% it will be amazing and more timely with less delays. Although there were some cons, I still recommend staying here."

"I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."
