"There was only 1 elevator working which can only hold 6 people . They gave away our reservation and then they gave us a room with the toilet dirty and the bed wasn’t really made . They moved us to another room and the plumbing was horrible. The water would sit on the sink , the shower wasn’t great. The tv wasn’t working well either that we have to get someone to fix it in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again"

"This was an absolutely despicable hotel and the listing on Expedia is wildly misleading. Check google reviews if you want an accurate idea. No Wifi, television does not work No hot water at first (was sort of fixed) Lack of water pressure Dirty room Uncomfortable sleeping conditions No natural light - window shades can't be opened bc the window faces the hallway and people can see in Restaurant/bar closed"

"WiFi was weak which made it near impossible to work. Outside that this place is excellent value, clean, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was fresh and they mixed it up. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat "

"This isnt a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are deceivingly small. They post spacious rooms for the regular king rooms making you believe they are bigger than they really are, the room is very small. Confined to the perimeter of the bed area. They give 2 free water bottles the rest are $3 each afterwards unless you join some honors program which requires membership. Snacks in the lobby are literally $5 each which is ridiculous for small bag of potato chips. Breakfast is mediocre and expensive, you must pay for it. There are no microwaves, when we wanted to heat up some water to make a soup we were denied access to heat food up with when they have a full functioning kitchen. Thankfully one of the staff heated up our water with a coffee machine. The place isn't entirely clean but the rooms are maintained well enough. Over all for the price I do not recommend this hotel it's getting a 5/10. The area is very noisy, near times square. Ambulance and police sirens at all times, construction, and over all busyness of the streets right at your window since you'll be near times square. Do not pay for their shuttle service it's a rip off they charge you $90 to take you the airport or pick you up."
