"Nice hotel. But they only clean your room upon request which I wasn’t told. And by the time we got back housekeeping was gone."

"This hotel used to be a hidden gem, but it has declined significantly over the years. The room’s air quality was poor, stuffy and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were the only bright spot during my stay; they were friendly and professional. The bar was decent, but my experience with one of the bartenders was unacceptable. A Caucasian gentleman working at the bar was rude to my wife. While she was trying to place an order, he took a personal phone call regarding his life insurance policy and told her to wait. After finishing his call, he finally came back to take her order. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. The location is still one of the hotel’s strengths, with a liquor store, Acme, and several other convenient businesses nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is no longer what it once was. I was so disappointed that I checked out just one hour after checking in. At this point, I honestly feel I deserve a refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on my recent stay."

"My toilet was leaking from the tank to bowl which made it flush every 20 mins. I had to shut the bathroom door to sleep. No hot breakfast options outside of toast and bagels. Tv was not a smart tv and was a 28in. Cable barely worked and was scratchy when it did. My body wash was empty when I arrived and was not refilled the whole time I was there. AC did not work adequately. Multiple massive burn holes in the carpet. Rusty tub. Was just overall not great. In fact it was next to as terrible as it could be if not for a comfortable bed."

"The room was a standard room with 2 beds, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the furniture was old and not dusted (I actually found a dime under the telephone), the room service menu had all stains on it but since it was a weekend, they did not do room service and there was no refrigerator in the room. I will not stay there again. The front desk person was ok but she did not explain anything i.e. no room service and that there was a party that evening which would affect parking"

"In general, the hotel was fine, but we did find it weird and uncommon to pay for the parking of the hotel. It was $15 per night per car. So i would suggest taking that into consideration. As for the included breakfast, the options were not super vast and some of the food was a little bit uncooked."
