"The set up of the bathroom was extremely poor. Hard to get to the toilet or even the sink because there was no space. The bathroom door, when opened touched the tub, blocking any access. The shower curtain had a mildew smell to it. The hotel advertises chrome casting but cannot be used and the tv guide would not work. "

"Good breakfast. Helpful staff save one person. The safety bar in our shower was halfway off the shower wall. Seems like maintenance was behind but they were working on it. "

"The property is nice and pristine from the first moment you arrive to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We even got a recommendation to a Thai restaurant from a lady that works at the front desk of the restaurant at the hotel. Very nice atmosphere. "

"Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast Buffett is a nice plus. Only negative is slow elevators and thin walls but that’s part of the NY experience. The room was clean and a decent size for this price point and location. I will be back. "
