"quiet and clean pleasant staff"

"This was an absolute last resort hotel because I don't like to support companies that work with ICE, which has famously been Hilton. However, driving across the country with pets, options can be limited. Being the last night, it was extremely nice to have a 12pm check out time. However, it was not super nice to have house keeping asking me if I was checking out that day when it was 11:30. We definitely slept in longer than intended but it was really off putting to feel like we are...

"The breakfast was great! The staff was professional and courteous. Parking was convenient and felt safe. The only think I was disappointed in was that the pool was closed due to mechanical difficulties. I believe when that happens a refund of some minimal amount should be offered. When I booked the pool supposedly had no problems."

"If I'm not mistaken when I made the reservations it said breakfast included.come to find out the next day all they hed was coffee.. the help that was there did nothing but stood around in the breakfast area. Both of them was a little bit sarcastic to my wife. For the price that you pay for the room I would have thought that they could have had something a little bit better than just coffee."

"The property was clearly an older lower quality hotel that Hilton purchased and tried to revamp. It was connected to a Hampton inn. The stench of you smelled when you walked in lingered through the entire hotel. The elevators were sketchy and dirty. The rooms carpet smelled like someone spilled spoiled milk that someone put carpet cleaner and vacuumed. There was rust around the bathroom, no light in the bathroom light fixture. "We booked a non-smoking jacuzzi room, but the first room smelled strongly of musty old smoke the second we opened the door. We had to leave immediately. Since it was late, nearby hotels had no availability, so we had no choice but to switch rooms. The replacement room was a downgrade, and the hotel offered no apology, discount, or compensation.
