"It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. Special shoutout to Nishant who gave me recs on where to go in Hong Kong but also a very nice and friendly person! Please stop by and say hi to him if you do stay at Eaton HK! "Fantastic hotel and lovely helpful staff. Amazing room stayed in the deluxe. Only downside was that hotel bar was not open and the pool was shut for our stay. But we were able to use bar and indoor pool in other Disney hotel"

"Hotel is located right near the SSP and Apilu street market. It's a little on the rougher side, but it's authentic compared to TST. Which is overflowing with tourists. Staff and reception were very helpful and even left out water, candy and gave me a coupon card to use at the vending machine in the lobby for abstaining from room service for a few days. I will say that the wait for the elevators can be extremely long during the morning breakfast service and new guests checking in. People seem to unnecessarily hold up the elevators creating a sort of jam. I was asked by one lady who was checking in to hold the elevator even though she never got on. There should be clear rules on display and explained to new guests about proper etiquette on how to use the elevators since there's only two."
