"I love everything about this property except the overflowing garbage bins outside the front doors when arriving, and the dismal lack of accessibility parking. Yes, a few spaces are provided, but not nearly enough for the number of guests staying here the have mobility limitations. The staff however, are consistently very helpful and nice, the beds are comfy, and breakfast is tasty. "

"- overnight receptionist was great & welcoming (African American lady) - Room is tired - restroom wallpaper is pealing - tea & coffee in room was very low (1 of each) - Sliding doors to the patio & window is extreme dirty - valet guys were hui g but it took 20 minutes to get my car on Saturday morning. - cleanliness of overall property needs attention. - morning coffee station in lobby was empty & messy."

"This is a basic room. It’s fine. No microwave, sometimes no fridge, no coffee maker, no iron, pillows are the cheapest you can get, mattresses are worn. And yet it works for me! "

"The hotel and room were generally clean and nicely provisioned. Some mold on the shower ceiling was a little off putting. Also, the shower drain required you to manually manipulate it to be open enough to keep water from accumulating which nobody wants to do in a hotel room. Free bottles of water were provided in the room which is great for weary travelers arriving late at night. Light on the towels in the room (I think stocking 4 in a room with 2 people is appropriate, not 2). The shuttle service to and from the airport was really convenient. The checking in process was a little slow. There was only one desk attendant for a bit despite the arrival of a group from the shuttle."

"The staff were very friendly and the hotel smelled clean. They offered lemon water in the lobby and check in was simple. The room was mostly clean and spacious, the window was left open. I thought the shower was clean until I started to step in and noticed the floor was filthy gray. The carpet was a bit crunchy, the bed was comfortable and the tiled entry seemed clean."

"We stayed here for 2 days and i noticed a few reviews that had me questioning my decision in booking it. But it was better than i expected. Small issues were the ice machines not working and the one in the lobby was empty. The elevators were so slow we have to take the stairs that lead outside behind the hotel. The positive were the rooms were clean, they gave us water bottles when we checked in and the breakfast was SO GOOD. So many options for their continental breakfast that was restaurant tasting. The staff were really friendly especially when we checked in. Location was amazing we had a show at SJ improv and holo holo. Both were very short walks. We would stay here again for sure. "
