Nice place, great service!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location if you like it busy. The bed was excellent! There is plenty of nightlife and good places to eat, easy walk to the waterfront. Wish we could have stayed longer than a single night.

Perfect

Beautiful boutique hotel in the city centre, great location and gorgeous bedrooms. All staff who were working during our stay were fantastic, rose petals and Prosecco to mark our anniversary was a lovely touch. Highly recommend. Perfect location and walking distance to of the main areas of the city.

Ideal place to stay, we were attending a wedding at the Town Hall, great for dining, dined at San Carlo which was excellent. Parked at recommended Moorlands NCP, quite a walk to the hotel but good special parking rate of £9 per day. The cooked breakfasts were excellent but they got our second day breakfast wrong and could not arrange a replacement Continental Breakfast due to the ovens having been turned off! Couldn't even supply fruit and yoghurt without a 45 minute delay which we couldn't wait for. I will have to wait until after we leave to confirm a refund. Note there is no property safe in the room. All in all a very convenient stay.

A stylish boutique hotel. Good size bedrooms. Only downside was the noise. There was a bottle bank outside our room which was used regularly until the early hours. Also street noise. Otherwise lovely hotel good location for Albert Docks and restaurants etc

We were in Liverpool for The Open, and the location cannot be beat with the hotel being in the heart of the city centre and a block from the James Street Station. The staff were amazing, especially Pete, who helped me get a discount on additional unplanned extra night of stay due to the UK rail strike. Big room in a historic building that was really close to everything we wanted in Liverpool. Thanks again!

A germ in the city

Stayed there for 2 nights . The hotel was wonderfully located in the city centre very close within walking distance to everything i, the Royal Albert Dock , the Cavern club and a mall . The room was huge , clean , even the bathroom was big and super clean . It comes with a living room where we could have coffee and breakfast during our stay . The staff attending the reception were all polite , great and helpful .
