This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional.

staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children.

Terrible Bathroom
Terrible experience. The bathroom was disgusting. The property never responded or offered to change accommodations. The shower is full of mold and in terrible conditions.

Note: during Ski season if you drive from Switzerland check the one way tunnel times before you depart. Mornings are one way towards Switzerland and evenings are one way towards Livigno but check. Food portions are huge! at the restaurant
