"facility was decent and clean. Staff that was there were courteous and helpful. the problem was not enough staff. You had to pick up a desk phone to get someone who obviously had too many duties. Also, the air conditioning was load and went to extremes in a hurry and was difficult to operate."

"Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!"
