"Upon arrival the concierge staff (If I recall correctly, their names are David and Josiah) were very warm and welcoming! We had some issues with check-in and it had nothing to do with the property, but our personal bank. They were so patient, kind, and supported us until we all figured it out! The room was super clean and looked exactly like the photos, and the property is in a great area! Would 10/10 recommend booking!"

"1st time visiting Miami.Arlo staff were amazing, we came with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and they were all so helpful,especially the valet parking guys. Room looked great however the bathroom had long visible hair strands in the shower, and the balcony had bird poop on railings. While the hotel has great art all throughout the premises its 3rd floor hall area where the gallery,2nd bar and garden is located is like a maze of closed doors to try and get to the right area.
