"Clean room, the staff was great, easy check in and the hotel was huge with very long hallways. It smelled amazing when you walked into the lobby but my room was on the second floor and I could smell that the carpets needs to be deep cleaned in the hallway because it irritated my asthma a little. That's the only negative thing besides the shower not having 2 doors and water drenched the floor. Another plus is that it was very quiet."

Not only did they have the wrong room booked for us, paid for the room showing a jetted tub in every picture and they gave us the kitchenette room that if I would have booked was $40 less than what we paid per night. "Waiting area was extremely hot when we walked in. Got there a few minutes before check in but was told we had to wait. During this 15 minutes a whole crowd accumulated in the lobby. Snacks are in bags at the front desk for hilton honors members, which I am, but still didn't receive a bag. Floors are dirty. Pull out bed has yellow stains all over it.
