"Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"Think before upgrading to a club room as at this venue the offering is not necessarily an upgrade. Room extremely small compared to other village hotel club rooms and only set up for one person despite booking being for 2. Convenient location for M4 but Village are loosing their edge by being stingy ..."
