Window didnt shut properly, so lots of traffic noise The.room stunk of stale cigarettes Cutains too big for window and hanging off Sticky wall behind bed head Poor decor Shower very difficult to adjust.and extremely hot Sink not draining prooerly Didn't use the bar or restaurant "

"Noisy - Drill/construction noises began at 7am from floor above which we were not warned about. Dated room. Strand of hair in the sink. Otherwise, friendly staff and nice location. Convenient carpark nearby and right outside train station. "

"Tired and dated hotel. Biggest concern was our room had a door linked to the next room which was not safe. The lock on our side did not engage properly and could have been pushed open with very little force from the room next door. In the middle of the night about 2am I was wakened by the person in the adjoining room opening their door and I thought they were trying to get into our room. As a result I did not sleep well. I reported this at reception before we left so I hope the matter is resolved."
