"The ‘beach club’ is just umbrellas and beds on the beach next to other hotels so not really private and the spa area was underwhelming. This is a nice hotel in a local holiday area so very local which was great but not an international tourist location yet"

"I love the beach view and the balcony. Nice staff. Very walkable to a lot of restaurants and the beach. And good spread for breakfast buffet. 1 thing I didn’t like: the loud music that kept me up until midnight. I chose Himare because according to my research, it’s quiet and less parties. I guess it wasn’t the case during my stay."

"I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! From before we even checked in to after we checked out, the manager was super welcoming and accommodating! Throughout the stay the staff was so so kind and helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast is really good!! And the cappuccinos and espresso martinis (really all the drinks) were so good. The food was also really good, especially the burger. The hotel room was very clean and looked pretty new. No worn down or dirty furniture. The Infiniti pool area is beautiful, I stayed out there the whole day once. We also booked a boat tour by way of the manager, it was so good and only 50 euro per person to see like 7 sites including the blue cave. Had a blast and highly recommend! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my time here, really the best introduction to this beautiful country. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and airbnbs globally and this was one of my favorite solely because of how welcoming and kind everyone was. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!"

"This may be the only time a hotel far exceeded its photos and website. What a beautiful property! And the staff were always kind and helpful, yet without being overbearing and fussy. Special kudos to Frensis and Don (??) at the reception desk. Our room was spotless and offered all the amenities we needed. Other reviews have mentioned small rooms and showers or furniture that should be updated. But we found quite the opposite—a large, sparkling room and bathroom, with clean, spare, modern decor. I can’t recommend Rapos enough!"
