The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. "Authentic Italian Villa with gorgeous sunsets. Friendly staff. Walkable to the Beach/Marina nearby but the walk back is very steep. The Baths of Giovanni is gorgeous nearby. We didn't have a car so alot of walking on steep inclines to bus stop, beach and restaurants. Only thing that would improve the property is a golf cart shuttle to the Beach/Marina area. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet at night. Property much nicer in person. Big rooms. "
