"Staff are very nice and helpful, however, the communication is hard to understand. I hope there will be more staff who can speak more English. The food are good, i like the variety of it. Clean room. Air conditioner is fine. When we got into our room, it was pretty hot. Overall it was a really stay in this hotel, and the location is good location."

The food at night is limited to buffet style
Majority of daytime shops and restaurants are closed by 5pm

Favouritism occur if you can speak Vietnamese
As foreigners you get a little bit of attitude
We had problem with our wifi and u get the chateau or accomodation that I far away from the central hub. These are given to the local tourist group.
If u don’t mind the crowds then Bana hills is one of the perfect get away in Vietnam"
