"Booked a room for three people, paid for three people yet they insist on arrival there is going to be one kings bed for all three people unless we pay more for an extra bed. We heard other guests were hit by the same, not great. The hotel is new and beautifully designed, very calm and soft music is playing throughout the ground which makes a lovely relaxing stay. The room (other than the bed situation) is well appointed, super spacious bathroom and walk in dressing area, spacious balcony and really comfortable beds. Love the big TV too. Breakfast is buffet style with a range of live stations, good selection of fresh food, very tasty and the restaurant provides indoor and outdoor sitting. Service is efficient. The adult infinity pool area is wonderful but I think it can feel bit small if hotel is fully occupied. The family pool is great just in front of the private beach. The cabanas are beautiful if you manage to get one, all in all, the hotel ground and bay location is wonderful. The Mountains provide an amazing vista which is great for photos and sunset. We went to the cable car rides and the sky walk, highly recommended but be prepared a fair bit of stairs if mobility is an issue."

"Great Stay with Beautiful Ocean Views Overall, we had a great stay at Le Sands Oceanfront Danang. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially the door staff, who were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The check-in experience could have been better. We arrived a few hours early and were told that we would be contacted once our room was ready, but unfortunately, we never received any notification. The check-in staff could also have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food, but the menu was mostly the same every day. It would have been even better with more variety, including different cuisines and a wider selection of fresh fruits. One area that could use improvement is the condition of the beach and pool towels. Some were quite worn out and had holes in them, so replacing them with newer towels would make a difference to the overall guest experience. Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and generally excellent service made it a great experience overall. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely beachfront stay in Da Nang."

"Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The reception staff were just wonderful, and so were the rest of the staff in the hotel. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the game rooms, the kids (and let's be honest, the grown-ups too) never ran out of things to do. You could easily spend your whole holiday without leaving the resort. Breakfast was another win, with loads to choose from, so everyone found something they loved. I think there were like 5 other restaurants in the hotel to eat from as well. Five days was nowhere near enough. We'll definitely be back! Thank you from Kenya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We're going to stay at hotel again for our next visit. However, there is one inconvenience in this hotel too many people are not polite. They are too cloud outside the room even at the night time. The hotel should put the sign to let they know. Thank you."
