"Ba Na Hills itself is very beautiful. The room that we stayed at is the family suite in de Paris building. Room looks outdated but clean and smell good. It does have a french vibe inside. The only downside is the staff after checking out. As soon as we got our luggages from the front desk lady, no one guide us how to go down or where to go. We were walking around the place with our luggages looking for the cable car to use to go down. No one showed us where to go, whenever we ask the stuff they just point and said “go there”. Checking in was nice because they seem like they take care of you. But once toy check out, you’re basically on your own."

"If you have kids, this is the place to be. Bloody amazing hotel. Spacious rooms, super clean food was great. Only complaint, need more seating around the lazy river area. Other than that A grade."

"Property itself is on the older side with furniture beginning to look outdated. However, I absolutely loved how well the hotel was managed from the front desk to house keeping. Absolute jewel is the friendly front desk people who made the stay very enjoyable. Hotel Sanouva sits within 1 to 10 minutes walk to everything you want in Danang; quaint local street restaurants, coffee shops, massage, shopping, and even the most amazing burger joint right in front of the Han shopping center, and within stone throw away from the Pink Cathedral . Just enjoy the hotel service by the friendly staff, and appreciate what the city has to offer, all within walking distance."

"The staff at this location is amazing. Once you pull up to the hotel, you greeted by a doorman who escort you to the front desk. Once at the front desk, you were efficiently checked in. While standing at the front desk, you will be provided a nice cold nonalcoholic drink to what your whistle. I was then escorted to the elevator and up to my room and give a tour of the room by the doorman. On the 29th floor there is an infinity pool, which is amazing. The interesting thing about breakfast is a few of my days I was considered a VIP which allowed me to have my buffet breakfast and a quiet setting. Shortly into my stay my rate changed and I continued to get free breakfast, but it was in a large dining room, same quality food same quality service. The only difference was peace and quiet and loud noisy breakfast. I am enjoying my stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Transportation to and from the airport was seamless since I used their charter service in the Private van to pick me up, I could have waited two hours to catch the airport shuttle but chose to get to the hotel as soon as possible after an over 28 hour day."

"We booked a room with a view of the river and the cityscape. What an amazing view looking out of our window at the river, the city, the mountain, and the ocean. The bellboy, Security, and concierge at the front door were extremely helpful and polite. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff and the food service staff for being attentive, polite, and professional. We disliked the dark hallway, with only a small light shining on the Room number."
