"Gorgeous hotel with laods of history including castle ruins on property. The loch walk was beautiful and peaceful and there are options for row boat rental or fishing if you are keen. Breakfast was ample and tasty however the evening meal we rated average to a little disappointing especially for the price. That being said food options in the area are limited so we will probably do the dinner again on our next stay. "

"The hotel is off the beaten path and sits above Dingwall and anyone taking mass transportation to Dingwall should be aware that taxi and bus service to the property is limited. If you are carrying light luggage, and you are healthy and feel inclined, you can walk the 20 minutes from the train terminal. I cannot overstate that the walk is all uphill! Dingwall is very quaint and small, so there are only a couple of spots to get food or a pint of ale before 3 pm, but the property has a nice pub and...

"Bedroom and bathroom were clean! Beds weee extremely comfortable! Sitting room was an added bonus! Steve and Diane were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The eggs Benedict for breakfast was excellent. Overall, a lovely guest house with a few added, hidden touches to be experienced. A hidden gem that was a delight to experience. "
