"Expedia booking said breakfast included , hotel staff said it was not. Expedia booking said booked at Garrison Hotel, but we were actually booked at Garrison Apartments which is 0.2 mile away. We still had to check in at the Hotel location then drive 0.2 mile away to apartment . All the parking at apartment was full , so unload luggage and then drive around Fort William looking for parking. Found parking 1 mile away and then walked back ."

"The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our ground floor rooms was next to the car park which was a little disconcerting, but not noisy, so that was a relief. Another ground floor room looked onto an alley, but was clean and comfortable. Overall we would probably use this hotel again. We enjoyed exploring Fort William and Neptune's Staircase and saw wonderful scenery. We were traveling by train (no car) so were...

"Such a beautiful B&B with the loveliest host. The rooms are even nicer than the pictures - such great attention to detail went into every decorating decision. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer."

I made an error with the dates and the staff was very helpful in getting it resolved although I had to upgrade my room which was awesome as we got the best lake view from our room. Dinner was outstanding - would advise to book in advance as there are not too many places close by."

"The public areas are ok, the rooms were basic but clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was great! Views of the lock are lovely. However, we had 2 rooms. One was renovated, the other not and the difference was noticeable. One room did not have a working bathroom fan, heated towel rack and had the loudest floors I have ever heard. "The location was perfect and accommodations were lovely"

"This was a solid hotel on our way to Isle of Skye. The construction outside wasn't known until after the booking. And while not horrible, they started moving equipment about 45 min before 8am when the work was to start. We knew it would be rustic and it was. No frills but solid hotel. Beds were very hard though."

"Our room was directly at the fire door and stairs. All night the door slammed and the noise on the stairs was unbearable. We had previously asked for a room on the 1sf or 2nd floor but was told no. I would never recommend this hotel. It’s more of a two star not a three"
