"For starters I was charged an amount different than my Expedia confirmation. I paid $16.50 extra for parking which I knew. How will I get a refund for the difference? Room had no cups and WIFI took a long time to connect. Very tedious. Only one person at desk trying to do a million tasks."

"2/5 Stars Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience."

"Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs."

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"Pool was slimy and disgusting. The staff was not friendly. Almost got stuck in the elevator and had to use the stairs the whole time. Tried to ask for a late check out which most hotels are accommodating for at least an hour was rudely told no at the counter and I could have 20 minutes, and they literally came and banged on the door when we were not at the front desk at that time will not stay here ever again would suggest nobody else does either.."

"Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. Basically the staff was rude, the parking situation was...

"Unfortunately, the room we got was absolutely disgusting. Mildew, musty, dank, smelled of old smoke and poor choices. AC wouldn’t stay on, had a bright strobing blue light (covered with a towel), and would have been expected at a dirt cheap motel. Just an overall negative experience."

"Room was clean. On the first floor it was noisy. The breakfast was ok. It is definitely far from the city. Good for business traveller's not for vacations to Denver"
