"My daughter and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Lochead Chalet. It's in a wonderful spot right on the loch side, and oh my it is so very peaceful! The chalet itself was a perfect size for we two adults and our little dogs and we found it very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Karlina in the Ellary estate office was lovely too. A beautiful location for a holiday and a charming place to stay - highly recommended. "

"Fantastic spot right in the heart of Oban - and great value at that. Best of both worlds to have an hotel-like experience with some space and a kitchen. Would return! "

"Pretty location for a nice cottage with some antiques and modern furniture. Very comfortable and quiet. The host was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay."

"Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay here and the ability to explore the area."

"This was a wonderful stay, especially if you wanted to be back away from the crowded areas. My map app took me to the wrong side, but theres a little sign up, so you at least know you're near the right place. Oh, and James might tease you a bit ;) But then was very happy to give recommendations and show me where the clothes drying rack was"

The cabin is a thoughtfully designed self-contained pod, built with natural materials, plenty of nice design touches, and careful thought put into maximizing a small footprint.
