"I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I found multiple long black hairs in the bed linens as well as in the bathroom. Finding someone else’s hair in areas that should have been thoroughly cleaned was both unhygienic and disgusting.
I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, but unfortunately nothing meaningful was done to address the situation during the remainder of my stay. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected...

What I disliked was the extreme low water pressure in the bathroom sink (rm. #201). I understand the water saving reasoning, but it was set to come out as a trinkle. This was a pain when you have to wash up in the morning, especially when you want to get out in a hurry. Thus a 4 instead of 5 star rating."
