"This is a beautiful space close to Niagara on the Lake village and Niagara Falls. Staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfasts are delicious and love the luxury of beginning with pastries and hot beverages delivered to our room in the morning! Everything is clean and beautifully decorated - fresh flowers in the rooms and hallways is a special touch. We were welcomed to arrive early. "

"Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

"We are local and come to BW pretty often! It was extremely crowded and the pool had a line up for the majority of our stay, so kids were pretty disappointed. I also don’t appreciate getting charged $20 extra a night to park our car, especially as a local!"
