"Airport shuttle a mess! Driver didn’t keep to the schedule after midnight- so every time we called we were given the wrong information. Gave up after waiting an hour and took a Lyft. The kind front desk person helped make up for it, so appreciations to the staff in the hotel. When I saw the shuttle the next day I also realized that it is shared with Hyatt and the doubletree sticker is small… so if recommend looking carefully for the doubletree sticker and if the shuttle doesn’t come within a half hour give up, because the driver is not reliable."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless—exactly what you hope for when traveling. One feature I especially appreciated was the added security of needing a key card to access the elevator. It gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. The bar and restaurant were excellent, offering great food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. I also loved the convenience of the 24-hour mini market, which had a nice variety of snacks and beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—plenty of good choices to start the day off right. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked this hotel primarily because it has a pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was green and broken, but there was no signage on it. There were no towels in the pool area and the staff wouldn’t bring any even after repeated requests. The room itself was clean, but the hallways needed major attention."

"This properties is super efficient. Great suites for reasonable prices, has a nice free breakfast and evening wind down 5:30-7 with snacks and 3 free drinks. Indoor outdoor pool, hot tub. Not the fanciest hotel around but covers the bases for a very good value. My family kept telling me "best hotel ever"."
