"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel has lots of dining options. It's a few minutes walk to a Metro. We received a $60 voucher for food and drinks at check in. This hotel is one of my favorite to stay when visiting D.C. "

"We had a great stay at the Viceroy! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The service, food and drinks were great. Location is easy to get to from the airport and close to everything. Would absolutely stay again! Of note if traveling with children (we had our 9 year old with us), the couches in the suites do not have a pull out bed, but there is room in the living room to accommodate the rollaway twin beds they provide."

"I had a very nice experience. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, this is not it. It may not look like a hotel from the outside but it’s acceptable and comfortable. You get what you pay for. The room I got was small but enough for us to rest and most of all it was clean. Receptionist was very nice and informative. There are good restaurants around and transportation was closeby. "

"Check in staff member was very nice but due to a problem with their system they charged me for my room 3 times. Room was nice/clean but no hot water! Alerted the staff but nothing happened. 10 days later still trying to get a refund for over charges. They claim they don't see it on their end. Left messages for supervisor and he failed to call me back before going away for a week. "

"I love our room because it’s clean, it has 2 TVs, king-size bed and sofa bed that fit my party of 3. The receptionist Brianna is accommodating and pleasant. The staff are nice too. Breakfast is good. The location is also excellent because it’s in downtown Washington D.C. so it’s easy to get to the must-see places in the area. "
