"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

"I had such a great stay at this hotel-I stayed again after my trip to Barcelona. This is a true boutique hotel. Every detail is curated - function and design. "Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"ウフィツィ美術館予約時間が朝早かったので、近くのホテルを探しました。部屋は適度に広く、水回りも清潔感があり、シャワーブースも狭くない。テーブルにコーヒーマシーンもあって、バゲージラックか大きいのも嬉しい。今回のイタリア旅行で一番気に入った部屋でした。 3階からエレベーターでゆっくり降りるまでの間に「忘れものはないか」「今日は何をたべようか」など考える毎日。観光、買い物にとても便利な場所でした。近くには、行列のできるサンドイッチ屋もありました。 在室時、階段や前の部屋の声が響いてた瞬間もあったので、賑やかな客がいると煩いいのかもしれません。 ワッツアップでいつでも連絡とれるようでしたが、使ってなかったので、何かあればいつでも電話してと言ってくれました。なお、家族への対応星1は間違って押しました。"
