"I was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY disappointed with our stay. I am TRULY bewildered with the fact this is SUPPOSED to be a 5-star hotel! "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Dusche schrecklich. Ist in einer Badewanne. Extrem schmal und der Duschkopf hat keine Halterung an der Wand. Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Abendessen auch, aber leider sehr überteuert. Parken kann man sehr gut."

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend "
