"Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Vila Rova war einfach wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit ist im gesamten Hotel auf höchstem Niveau spürbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das durchgehend freundliche Personal – egal ob im Housekeeping, Service oder im Wellnessbereich, man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen.

"Owner was so friendly and accommodating. Facilities were just lovely. Self service bar outside was well stocked. Food was delicious. Transportation provided to and from town. Cannot say enough about this place. Excellent!!"

"Our overall experience did not meet the expectations we have for a five-star hotel. There were several areas where the service and organization fell short.
The service, in particular, appeared inexperienced and unprofessional at times. For example, during breakfast, we ordered coffee and orange juice and briefly left the table to get food. When we returned, our table had already been cleared and reassigned to other guests, which was both surprising and inconvenient.
