"Beautiful hotel.
Only drawback was we booked here to be able to relax at the end of our trip outside of the noise of the city center but the hotel let us know only the day before our stay that there would be a pool party at the hotel on the Saturday of our stay. The music was so loud we could not hear ourselves think and were not able to enjoy the pool or other hotel facilities. It continued much later than we expected, well past 9pm. "The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...
