"Everything was great about this hotel, except one thing, the road getting in. It’s definitely a little off the beaten path and expect lots of dirt and dust on the way in. outside of that, the staff were very kind and professional, as is almost always the case in Mexico, the place was very clean and the views were beautiful. It probably deserves five stars except for the location. If they would pay the roads in and make it a little smoother to get in, that would probably make it a five for me."

"La propiedad estaba muy limpia por toda las áreas. La alberca y el jacuzzi se veían bien mantenidas y sin hojas en ellas. La recámara estaba muy limpia y tenían agua de cortesía con un mini bar disponible por si querías comprar algunas botanas o bebidas. El agua estaba calientita en la regadera y tanto el a/c como la calefacción funcionaron al 100%. El desayuno continental tenía fruta y pancakes. Compramos chilaquiles y estaban muy ricos. También la hora de check out fue muy razonable."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, point blank. I have never slept on a firmer mattress. Even my camping air mattress is more comfortable than this "glamping" bed!! If I wanted to sleep on the hard ground I would have just gone camping!
That said, the property and cabins are beautiful; it's very Instagram-worthy. The jacuzzi is nice and not too chlorinated. There are several horses at the property and also ATV's...

"Stayed here with husband and kids the staff at the reception are super friendly and very welcoming the kids had a blast at the pool only thing I wish is they could update the 3 bedroom option. The shower door was broken the floors weren’t clean in some areas and the sheets/comforters could use a huge update. You MUST check out the bakery right next door it’s delish and super cute!"

"We had a great stay at Casa Frida in Valle de Guadalupe. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the valley and easy access to wineries, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and fun.
