"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira. It had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip—from the well-equipped kitchenette and espresso machine to the thoughtful touch of a collapsible drying rack for swimsuits and towels.

"Excellent facilities, nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. I would make more fish/seafood choices at the buffet and less meat. Also, the actual beach which I understand ids not really the hotel’s property is there, but the water is not very clean. But the swimming pool is great. In genrral, excellent all inclusive"
"We had a wonderful stay at this little hotel. The location is wonderful! The gas station is less than 5 minutes away, and a large grocery store (Continente) is about 10 minutes away. São Vicente is in the middle of the island, so you are right in the middle of all the hikes and viewpoints, and very close to Seixal Beach. Room #1 is the closest room to the kitchen, so it can sometimes be a little noisy when other guests are using the kitchen. Overall, though, it is very quiet and very clean. Always had hot water. We asked the owner for some extra towels for the beach, and he showed up with towels in less than an hour, which was greatly appreciated.
The only thing I would point out is that we stayed for 6 nights, and the floor in our room was not vacuumed during the week. We were hiking a lot, so sometimes we would come back with dirty shoes. I ended up cleaning the floor in the room myself. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!"
"The rooms were clean, and large with large opening windows or balconies to dry your clothes or to let in a breeze. The staff were very nice, friendly and quite helpful. There is exactly enough parking if the hotel is full, as there is two parking lots. Even as the last to come back at the end of the day, we were able to park our mini SUV without issue. The hotel has incredible views of the mountains that surround Boaventura
The pool and outdoor relaxation space was very nice to come back to each day for either an afternoon rest or an evening swim. The jacuzzi was not the warmest in the world. You do have to pay 10 euro to use the sauna. Pool hours are 9am-8pm, it would be great if the pool was open later for the late returning travelers.
There is plenty of shared space on be property inside and out as well.
The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day, not many options but the options available were good (deli meats, cheese, breads, cereal, fruit and toast, plus coffee and juice). Breakfast hours are from 8am-10am which does make it difficult to enjoy the breakfast if you plan on going somewhere for the sunrise.
The dinner menu also had a few choices and the portions were decently large. The hours here are 7pm-9pm which again can make it difficult to enjoy if you go out for a sunset or are maximizing the day on another part of the island."
"We had such an amazing stay. Everything was so clean. The staff was excellent. Perfect location. We just loved everything about it. A beautiful place! ❤️"
"Grand appartement deux chambres et deux salle de bain parfait pour un séjour prolongé à 4 adultes. Immense galerie et installations (piscines, jeux, jardins) très invitants. Personnel très convivial. Vue imprenable. Il faut toutefois aimer gravir et redescendre les routes du sommet du cabot girao pour toutes les sorties sur l’île. Situé à 3 min à pieds du fameux promontoire du Cabot girao."

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here again on our next visit!"
"We stayed here for two nights in Jardim do Mar and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very pretty location, set in a quaint little square and not far from the beach, which was lovely.
The hotel itself is fairly modern and comfortable. The only downside was on the second night when we noticed some small insects in the room that had shed their wings, and a few were in the bed, which was a bit off-putting.
That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke good English, which made everything easy. Overall, despite the minor issue, it was an enjoyable stay"
