"We had a wonderful stay at the Be Mate apartments in Milan. The apartment was beautifully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen and the bath amenities were a nice touch. We especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which provided ample space and privacy. One bathroom had a shower, while the other had just a toilet and sink, which was convenient for our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was of high...

"LOVED the studio room we had that had a double bed, sofa, desk, and kitchenette! A great space for a 3 day visit. Also greatly appreciated the laundry room with free self service laundry. I had a question at one point and got a response within 10 minutes on WhatsApp from Numa, answering and resolving our question. We had a great stay!"

We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. Only slight drawback was that the balcony itself was not as clean as we would have expected. "

"It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand. "

"This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. "
