"We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. "Thus is such a beautiful property, the service and attention to detail is perfect. The hotel is ideally located about a 5 minute drive if Sengiggi centre, easy to get to by taxi. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds and great showers, our room had an outdoor shower which was lovely. We liked it so much we extended our stay by a further 3 nights, it’s just got a lovely relaxed vibe to it. Breakfast is a la Carrie and the choices are excellent, the food quality is superb. "
