"We stay overnight during a 12 hour layover and it was great because the hotel has AC (important during an heat wave event; not all hotels in Europe have this); and it is literally 5 min walk from the arrivals gates. Super safe and well lit path to the hotel. Check in is 24/7. Only critique would be charging ports in the room are no super convenient. "The hotel was right across the street from Oriente train station and 10 minutes from the airport. This was perfect for our travel plans. We had a quick layover and we were able to rest comfortably before heading home. We had room service and ate at the restaurant. They were both excellent. The food was very good. All of the staff was professional, attentive, and very friendly."

"I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

"The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre.
Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had.
Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries.
Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot.
