"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
