Stylish and comfortable, friendly staff.

What a transformation. This place has just been fully refurbished, and I mean fully. Really comfortable bed, great aircon and stylish decor. I arrived late at night and the guy on reception was so friendly and professional. Such a nice change from other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel based on my stay.

Had our reservation booked and confirmed for 2 months. Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience. Unfortunately this hotels staff couldnt care less we were in this predicament. Extremely unprofessional. Safe yourself the hassle and dont book this place at all.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

I ARRIVED LATE AND RECEPTION WENT ABOVE ANY BEYOND IN GETTING ME THE RIGHT ROOM, THEY EVEN GAVE ME A DOUBLE WHICH WAS PERFECT. I FELT THEY COULDNT DO ENOUGH FOR ME.

Great value for money, very cheap by london standards and the rooms are very clean and modern. The staff (well there is only 2/3) are very cool and professional. I would thin of it more as an apartment building with a concierge and cleaner. There are no amenities aside from tea/ coffee in rooms etc. 10/10

The hotel is modern. The location is very good quiet area but next to station. The recpectionist made me feel like if he was doing me a favour letting me stay there not nice at all

Stayed at this hotel for a second time! Super cosy and clean. Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Love that it’s fairly new so everything was in great condition!
