Everything was great. Comfortable bed, clean room, very spacious, customer service was excellent. The only reason why I’m giving 4/5 is the shower didn’t have a door which made it hard to shower without splashing water. Breakfast was worth it, good variety and tasty!

Nice comfortable modern room just a few minutes away from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and Hyde Park. Housekeeping was impeccable and hotel staff friendly.
