Great location

A good little hotel. Was very clean. Would not be suitable if you have trouble with stairs. Room small, good shower cubicle. In an area with restaurants and only a short walk to Russell Square Station.

Great location, very easy and quick check-in. It feels more like a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. The room is quite small, no air conditioning but the small fan was sufficient.

Welcomed nicely by the staff. The walkways throughout (including stairs) are very narrow. And there is no lift. Our room has an en-suite and the room had all the amenities you needed for a short stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable but done the job for one night close to KingsX. The bathroom was small but pleasant - the other negative was the shower curtain was quite stained and dirty.

It was fairly simple, but given the price—and the fact that it was in central London, within walking distance of Euston, a tube station, and my work conference—I really can’t fault it. It was clean and felt safe.

Good location, very close to tube. Basic no frills accommodation. Was clean, bathroom very small but have had worse showers in nicer hotels!! Staff friendly.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Good location. Hotel was clean bit some areas were tired although there were obvious signs of ongoing work such as painting, carpet replacement but some not to a great standard. Shared shower had a good flow. A small amount of mould in shower but difficult to avoid in such a small, enclosed area, but otherwise very clean. Staff were helpful. It would have been useful to have a solid hook on the back of the door or wall to hand my coat and towel as the coat rail and unit were a bit flimsy. No mirror anywhere I could find to do makeup etc.

Served the Purpose

We got what we needed. Basic no frills, but very clean and tidy. Central location for St Pancras Int station. We were on the ground floor so got awoken at 5am by the stampead leaving very noisy. Friendly staff.

The only reason this hotel gets a star at all is the redeaming qualities of the staff who were perfectly cordial, professional and pleasant. Also, it doesnt allow you to give 0 The bed was disgusting with a literally spring sticking out of the mattress. Our only solace was that the sheets were crisp and clean as was the bedding. We opted to stay in our street clothes nonetheless. Our guest mates above continued their nightly inebriation outside our door ALL night, the conversation was chaotic, volatile, loud ranging from uncontrollable sobbing to maniacal laughter. The staff attempted once to quiet them to no success. It was close to terrifying You could smell the rancid booze every time they walked past our room Let's not skip over the odious scent of the hotel in general; damp, musty and urinated. Pest control boxes throughout Disgusting
