Great location for British museum and 15 minutes to several theaters. Easy access to lots of sights. Do to e tal breakfast was fine but a little pricey for what you got. We did have room 1 in the basement which was ok lots of space but it’s under the lobby and we could hear people at all hours upstairs

Stayed 3 nights. Great location near the British museum. Close to everything but quiet. Room was clean and a good size. A little run down looking. Enjoyed having a fridge in the room. Bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped but we were able to sleep ok. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Room clean and tidy. Plenty of toiltries an yea and coffee. Check in was a nightmare. Took 1 hr. Wanted a passport. Why would we be carrying a passport.? Not a well trained member of staff. Dealt with other guests and kept having to ring her manager for help.!!!!!

Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch ging gar nicht, da man auf der Schlafcouch auf keinen Fall schlafen konnte, da man mit einer sehr dünnen Matratze direkt auf dem Metallgitter lag. Wir wurden daher ins Nachbarhotel umquartiert. Dort hatten wir zwei Doppelbetten. Hotel ist schon sehr alt und mitgenommen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Personal war in Ordnung und hat sich schnellstmöglich um das Zimmerproblem gekümmert.

Large room, great location. Comfortable bed. A bit in need of redecoration, especially the woodwork and stair carpet. We had two standard lamps in our room neither of them anywhere near a plug socket so they were unusable. Lots of toiletries but none of them shampoo.

場所も良くバス停がすぐ近くにあったので、どこに行くにも便利でした。 ホテル内もとても素敵で、スタッフも感じ良く親切でした。 ロンドンも今年の夏は暑く、部屋には冷房がなく少し暑さは感じましたが、扇風機も用意されていたので良かったです。 部屋はとても広く、快適に過ごす事ができ、バスタブもありゆっくりくつろげました。掃除も毎日綺麗にされていて、また泊まりたいホテルでした。
