Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, found the staff very helpful and enjoyed our stay - location wise perfect, near lots of places to eat and shop. Our only negative would be that there are NO lifts in the hotel and our room was on the top floor.

This hotel is great for the location! That being said, the room we had was tiny and a little dark, but it is an old building! The breakfast is an added perk as breakfast are expensive in London! We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Charming period hotel in a great location. The accommodation was spacious and welcoming. We had an unexpected bonus of an ensuite terrace with a table and chairs to relax after a long day of site seeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfasts were excellent.
