Check In staff was very friendly and helpful for a hotel next airport. It’s amazing because you don’t hear the airport at all. It was so quiet slept like a baby. Take the buses don’t take the taxis. The buses are easy and they’re cheap. Take you straight back to Heathrow. The food was OK. It wasn’t great but it was OK in the restaurant downstairs in the hotel for breakfast at the hotel though was amazing. Thank you.
